Delivery and Return Terms
Rose&Herb, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Window: In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

Hygiene Regulations (Cosmetics): For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic and personal care products (serums, creams, lotions) can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, seals are intact, and the product is unused. Opened products cannot be returned.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please obtain a "Damage Assessment Report" from the courier. Defective or damaged items will be replaced free of charge under the Rose&Herb guarantee.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
