1. PARTIES This agreement is concluded between Rose&Herb (Seller) and the customer (Buyer) who places an order via the website.

2. SUBJECT The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's website, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY

• Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer through the contracted courier company.

• Delivery times and shipping costs are specified during the checkout process.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any justification, starting from the day of delivery.

• Notice: For cosmetic and personal care products, the right of withdrawal applies only if the product's packaging is unopened, the protective seal is intact, and the product is unused. Due to hygiene regulations, returns for opened serums, creams, or lotions are not accepted.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• The Buyer confirms that they have read the preliminary information regarding the product's essential characteristics, sales price, payment methods, and delivery.

• The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in sound condition, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
